Quiet operation results from reduced compressor energy in water-cooled applications, internal and external vibration isolation, and the use of heavy-gauge, insulated steel cabinets that contain a major portion of generated noise.

Extended operation range is achieved through the use of the exclusive water-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. This enhanced fin, helical coil-in-steel shell design allows the heat pump to operate from 45 to 120 F. By using an antifreeze solution and low temperature freezestat, it is possible to extend the range even further (25 F to 120 F), making the units ideal for earth coupled applications.
